7 Signs Your Subconscious Is Running the Show

And What You Can Do To Change It!

People come to me so that I can help them make changes in their lives. They want to be happier, be more successful, or feel better. They want to replace the beliefs that are causing stress in some area(s) of their lives. That stress can manifest itself in many ways, such as low self-esteem, trauma, or failure to achieve conscious goals. Some issues involve a cluster of beliefs that may take several sessions to resolve. In other cases, a single session could be all that is needed to make a significant change.

I am always happy to chat with people, to answer their questions and consult with them on what they want to change. I can usually give them a good idea about how we will approach their situation. My clients are partners with me as we discover what beliefs are holding them back and what they would rather believe. I encourage them to access their inner wisdom for this, and I facilitate the process.

 

What will we do?

  • You will usually (but not always) generate statements that reflect the desired belief.
  • We will use muscle testing (based on kinesiology) to determine which of the generated statements are not supported by your subconscious.
  • For each unsupportive belief we find, we will see if it is appropriate to make that change, and if so, we will go through the “balance” procedure to change that belief.
  • A typical amount of time to spend on any single balance is around 5 minutes.

Session and Package Options

 

All sessions with Judy are individual and online.

 

Stand-alone sessions:

  • Single 60-minute session.
  • Three-session package, which includes three 60-minute sessions.

 

Belief Relief:

A  monthly subscription program that lets you clear your path as you go. This includes the following:

  • 90-minute initial session when you first subscribe (not included in renewals)
  • 45-minute sessions every month following
  • Six-month minimum commitment
  • Two payment options: monthly payments or paid in full, six months at a time (you get one month free for each six-month period!)
